May I know how I can add in-press plugin and how I can put article in press… Please advise as necessay

Dear Alec Smecher

Hope you will be fine there. An article has been submitted, reviewed and it
is in editing process. The manuscrip is final now and galley proof was send
to author. Author has sent the corrected galley proof of manucript. The
issue will be published after 3 months and I want to show the article
online (in press). I have unable to find that option.
I am using an upgrade version as I have upgrade it few weeks ago.

I am using open journal system (OJS)

Hi @sciplatform,

Have you published the issue yet (as Editor)? Do you see the issue listed under the archive in the reading interface?

The best general resource on the OJS workflow is the OJS in an Hour document.

Just to revive the topic,

@asmecher as we publish 2 times per year, is there a way to make accepted papers to be visible somewhere as “future papers” nevertheless they are not included in the published issue yet?

No, this is not yet possible. The only alternative at the moment is to assign the articles to a published issue, and to set the publication date of that issue in the future. Articles will still receive the publication date of when they were made available, rather than the future publication date of the issue.
