How to activate email template REVIEW_REQUEST_SUBSEQUENT

I am not able to use REVIEW_REQUEST_SUBSEQUENT email template while send to reviewer.
Can you please help?

I am using 3.0.2.
I able to see REVIEW_REQUEST_SUBSEQUENT template but when i select thet template content not appear in the editor.

Hi @sathyarajo,

The content of each email template is in one XML file that’s stored in your locale folder. Depending on what locale you have selected, OJS will get the template from that file. Do you want to check the emailtemplates.xml file in your locale folder and make sure that the REVIEW_REQUEST_SUBSEQUENT template is there?
