How does OJS 3.1.1 search work?

I try to test the result of OJS 3.1.1 capability. seem like it really lack of searching effectiveness.

Here my dummy article :

And unfortunately OJS never found the result just by typing some basic search such as Social Media or just simple word Media it does not work :

It returns No result found

But it does works if I type others word such as “People” or “Lorem” these two words exist either in the title of the article or the abstract.

Is there any way to increase its capability or it need to set up something?
