How do you add/remove submenus in the navigation bar?

How do you add/remove sub-menus?

I can’t seem to do it from the Setup - 5. The Look.

For example, I’d like to remove Issues-Archive in http://eible-journal.org/index.php/APJHLPE .

This requires changing the source code in navbar.tpl file
