First, I noticed some ##. Actually not only here but in some other places. What does this mean?

The latest theme release has version 1.0.2: Releases · pkp/healthSciences · GitHub
Those tags mean that it is not translated into the language that is used. Localization files are here: https://github.com/pkp/healthSciences/tree/master/locale
