How can I send a copy of all emails sent by OJS to publisher email as "cc"?

I want to send a copy of all emails sent by OJS system to publisher email as “cc”. It is important for us to keep a copy in our email database.

For example, if we sent a decision to authors, the same email should also be sent to our email.

Can anyone help me in customizing the Email settings for the same? I shall be highly grateful.

My version OJS OJS 3.3.0-14
