Hook to issue/view in OJS 3.3.0.8?

Description of issue or problem I’m having:
I would like to write a plugin which adds information to the issue/view page, bu cannot find a hook for that. Is there a hook so that my plugin will be called when this page loads?

Application Version - e.g., OJS 3.1.2:

OJS 3.3.0.8

Dear Roger,
thank you for the suggestion. I know the Plugin Guide and have studied it carefully. Unfortunately, it does not include a list of all the available hooks. It only says " Search the application code for HookRegistry::call to get a complete list.". Unfortunately, I do not have access to the code of OJS 3.3.
