Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Cannot override final method Plugin::getInstallSchemaFile()

Dear PKP Team,

I have OJS 3.2.1-4. and plan to upgrade to the latest version 3.3.0 and have changed the config.inc.php setting to “installed = off”.
When I opened the browser and went to the OJS address that I had, error 500 appeared with the following error log:

AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Cannot override final method Plugin::getInstallSchemaFile() in /var/www/html/ojs330/plugins/generic/usageStats/UsageStatsPlugin.inc.php on line 197’
