Getaway Timeout in Indonesia

Hello. it’s been 3 days that OJS 3.0 always gets the loading icon in our Chrome tab, after several minutes it’s just Getaway Timeout. Please help with the issue.

Hi @dnovianti,

Do you know what exact version of OJS 3 you are using? If you are using OJS 3.0, that version would be very outdated, and I would highly recommend upgrading. That said, for this particular error, it would be best if you could check your PHP error logs and report on errors found there.
