Hi,

My OJS 3.1.1 site encounter stat problem. The acron plugin not working. I try to evaluate some problem with that. I suspect that the problem related to the email that I always received with this message :

##plugins.generic.usageStats.usageStatsLoaderName## - 5c8b189cc509c - ##common.error##

##admin.scheduledTask.downloadLog##

I checked my server and I find that ojs had only create the log for the previous month on the folder ojs_files/scheduledTaskLog

Can someone give suggestion what the email is about ? How to debug such message ? and how to make sure that acron is activated on every of my journal since I only find that acron is activated for the main index only not specific for any journal ?

If you are receiving that message every day, then Acron is probably working,

You could check if there is a stats file stuck in your system. See files/usageStats/processing, what do you see there?
