Generic Landing Page for Multi Journal site

We have multiple journals installed, and the site root (http://ojs.ourdns.edu/) redirects to the first journal we created, (http://ojs.ourdns.edu/index.php/journal-numero-uno).

Is it possible to have the site root display a custom non-journal specific home page instead?

Could I just add an index.html in the root of the installation directory? Would that hinder the routing via index.php to the individual journals?

We’re on OJS 3.1.1.4.

Hi!
You can change redirect setting from Administration > Site Settings and under Site Setup Tab scroll down to find Journal Redirect option, and leave this option empty (instead of selecting any journal) > Save setting.
