We are in the process of transitioning our traditional print journal to an online open access model - Currently non-registered user can see current issue contents on the homepage - they can click on the article titles and see the article abstract and when they click on the PDF galley they are redirected to the login page. This is currently what we want and works fine except when a user clicks on the Full Issue PDF galley they can view it.
Is there a workaround for this or do we have to forego the full issue galley?

The journal will provide open access to its contents.
Site access options are set to:
Users must be registered and log in to view open access content.
The Journal Manager will register all user accounts. Editors or Section Editors may register user accounts for reviewers.
