Files are inaccessible

Files are currently inaccessible on our system. We cannot view submissions, and visitors cannot get access to published manuscripts.

We checked our error log and found PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “IntlDateFormatter” not found in /home5/brfjzpit/public_html/journal/lib/pkp/lib/vendor/php81_bc/strftime/src/php-8.1-strftime.php:60

We are running version 3.3.0.14. This issue started after we upgraded to the lastest version

Check this, it seems a PHP extension is missing.
