File SubmissionEditHandler.inc.php in OJS 2.4.6

Hi,

Some files like SubmissionEditHandler.inc.php or classes/submission/common/Action.inc.php
are apparently not existing anymore in OJS 2.4.6. In my previous installation, they had been modified.
How to recover the modifications by using git for updating OJS ? Do these old files correspond to new ones with different names?

For example, one modification was obtained after the link

Hi @Claude_Sabbah,

OJS 2.4.6 still has both pages/sectionEditor/SubmissionEditHandler.inc.php and classes/submission/common/Action.inc.php. Can you double-check?
