Failed to update OJS

When updating OJS I am missing many elements within the admin such as Plugins, Menu bar, some texts are shown with the hash symbol (#)

Can you indicate which version you’re trying to upgrade to? Are you going from 3.0.0 to which version?

Hi. I upgraded from 2.4.8.0 to 3.0.0 and now we need to upgrade from 3.0.0 to 3.2.0 as I was having a lot of trouble with the difference between the two versions.

Thanks for clarifying. Usually with these ## strings, it means that there are missing translations, which would likely be the case for older versions, so I’d recommend that you continue upgrading (these shouldn’t interfere with you upgrading), and I think you’ll find that more recent versions (upgrading to 3.3 if you can as that is the latest and most supported version) contain more complete translations for spanish (I assume that’s what you’re using)?
