Export users from OJS2.4.6.0?

I am trying yo find out whether it is possible to extract users in Excel format.

The users import/export tool generates XML, which Excel will not easily be able to read. You’d probably be best getting the information you’re looking for by looking in the users table with a tool like phpMyAdmin; IIRC it can export to CSV, which Excel can import.
