During the submission process, several authors are failing to provide the complete author list and, in some cases, are not providing the complete author information as per the submission guidelines.

We have developed a plugin for OJS 3.4 that addresses the issue. However, it must be a built-in feature to resolve the problem permanently. The submitted authors must first select the number of authors.
This feature enhances the submission workflow by requiring an author count selection on the submission form. Authors must specify the total number of authors, and the system requires that author metadata be completed to match the declared number. This ensures completeness, accuracy, and consistency of authorship information at the point of submission.
