Errors after attempting to Install PKP|PN Plugin from Plugin Gallery

I am using OJS 3.2.1

I tried to install the PKP|PN Plugin from Plugin Gallery but it failled. Error Message attached.

However, that Error led to other errrors.

Now, no button works anymore. Submit Button, Save Buttons, All Buttons. No one is clickable anymore.

Can someone help me?

Can you describe the other errors you encountered? And what you mean by no buttons being clickable?
