Error while upgrading OJS 3

I previously installed OJS 3.0.0 for my PHP website, but when I upgraded OJS to a newer version, there was an error that could not be upgraded, is anyone having this problem?

It’s helpful if you post what the error was, especially relevant lines from your error logs if possible.
