Error while scheduling

whenever I have tried to schedule an article, this error pop out and couldn’t proceed further. so what’s the possible solution?

It’s likely that the role your account is on has not been given the appropriate privileges for parts of the workflow. Please see here for how roles work in relation to different parts of the workflow: Users and Roles

Depending on your role, you may have to have your Journal Manager assign you to a specific part of the submission process.
