Error uploading an image in OCS, jbstrings_lang

I have a problem uploading an image in ocs 2.3.6
06042018

does not work for Spanish language, but, for English language if it works.

checking, I see the following
/var/www/html/ocsuis/lib/pkp/lib/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/jbimages/ci/application/language/english/jbstrings_lang.php

Is it a problem with some file path?

I already found the solution

applied the following patch and it worked
