Error register magazine OAI-PMH

Hi all

I am trying to register my magazine in OAI-PMH but some errors are shown as you can see in the image below

I would appreciate any help to correct the error and pass the validation

It looks like this bug was introduced in 3.1.2-0 and resolved in 3.1.2-1.
