Error in V-3.1.1-4 Update for V-3.1.2.0

Good afternoon.

We are in the OJS upgrade procedure, version 3.1.1-4 for version 3.1.2.0. In the attempt via web, clicking the “Update System” option returns me the following message:
DB Error: Duplicate entry ‘1-en_BR-givenName-0-0’ for key 'user_settings_pkey’

Via Command Line the error appears like this:
**DB Error: Duplicate entry ‘1-en_BR-givenName-0-0’ for key 'user_settings_pkey’ojs2: **
DB Error: Duplicate entry’ 1-en_BR-givenName-0-0 ‘for key’ user_settings_pkey '

Has anyone here ever encountered this problem? Could they help us?
