Error in Locating Reviewer (No items found)

Hi, I am facing issue from past week. Whenever I try to add reviewer it shows no items found. When I try to create new reviewer it says new user group is required.

Please help as I am unable to assign reviewers. My OJS current version is OJS 3.3.0.8.

Hello @Baqir_Zar,

Have you checked to ensure if the user has the reviewer role assigned to them?

Yes i have checked and tried on multiple reviewers to assign but the result is same.
