Error in displaying top menu after upgrading to ojs 3.0.1

After upgrading from ojs 3.0 to 3.01 I got this error message at the left top corner of the screen:
Skip to main content Skip to main navigation menu Skip to site footer

Could you help me?

Hi @ania,

Just to make sure old cached files aren’t getting in the way, try deleting cache/t_compile/*.php and cache/*.css. Then make sure your browser cache is flushed and try viewing the site again. This should regenerate your CSS and template files.

I am having this issue. Tried your suggestion but it didn’t work. Any other way?

By the way, it happens to Chrome but not Microsoft Edge.
