Hi … I have installed OJS version 3 via softaculous, the installation was successful.
but when I create journal I always fail and find an error “Errors occurred processing this form The form was not submitted properly.”
In the last error log listed "Declaration of PKPUsageEventPlugin :: getEnabled () should be compatible with LazyLoadPlugin :: getEnabled ($ contextId = NULL) in /home/…/…/lib/pkp/plugins/generic/usageEvent /PKPUsageEventPlugin.inc.php on line 24 "
