Error after creating the journal

Good morning,
I have a problem with the latest version of OJS 3.1.0.1. Immediately after the installation and creation of the journal, I log in again as an administrator in the system.
Appears with an error window that I need to close three times (OK):
“An unexpected error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again.”

Later, I can work as an administrator. Unfortunately, from time to time it pops up again.
In PHP logos I have this message several times:
“[Sat Jan 13 22:30:27.692411 2018] [:error] [pid 22247] [client 77.253.239.24:61259] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘{’ in /home/marekv01/domains/ib-ojs.botany.pl/public_html/lib/pkp/lib/vendor/slim/slim/Slim/App.php on line 299, referer: Uc.domeny.com - Domena utrzymywana jest w Domeny.pl”
Any ideas ?

Check to make sure that your version of PHP meets OJS’s requirements (as described in docs/README).

Indeed, I have not read this document carefully.
For PHP 5.6 everything works fine.
