Is there a way to update the Ensuring a Blind Review Instructions found in Settings > Workflow > Review ?
The instructions found there do not work anymore.

To change this text, edit the lib/pkp/locale/en_US/common.xml locale file and look for the review.blindPeerReview locale key. If you make corrections that you think would be useful to the community at large, please consider submitting them for inclusion in the next release.
