When I am trying to enroll a new user in the Journal the following message appears:
“# Not Acceptable!
An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security”

That’s an issue with your Apache installation. I suggest you talk to your server administrator and determine if mod_security can be modified to allow OJS to run correctly.
