I have 2 OJS platforms and they are in the same version, but when submitting a submission on the first platform, the checkbox list of requirements for submitting a manuscript appears
and in the second it no longer appears.
How do I activate this option on the second platform?

Can you please indicate which versions you are using (e.g. 3.3.0-14)? Please include this in your posts, as it assists with troubleshooting. I suspect you’re using version 3.3? in this case you would want to check your Workflow - Submission - Checklist to see if you have Checklist items there?
