I have OJS 126.96.36.199 and noticed an empty email has been sent. It was sent immediately after the submission confirmation email. I have checked in the Activity log and in the DB in the email_log table. Both sent emails are listed, the second is empty.
I have checked also some other submissions and seems only the submission confirmation email has been sent and no empty emails afterwards.
Any idea what caused that? Any possibility to see which email template has been used for the empty email?
