I have just upgraded my version of OJS 3.1.1.
I have noticed this:
in the pre-completed email, there is a precompleted email regarding “editor’s recommendation”, but I am unable to use this to notify reviewer about my decision, because there is no drop-down menu on the “email section”. After reading a review and confirm that I read it, the only thing that pops-up is the button “thank you reviewer”
Is there any way to get this done?
