we have recently installed and configured OJS for our Journal. All is good however, email notifications are not working for any message. From or to Editor or author etc. We have checked the notification and also seen our trash mails.

Have a look at other relevant threads on the forum, e.g. this one; if those don’t resolve it, post what you’ve tried, and your OJS version.
