Email notifcation not send error facing ojs 3.3 version

I am facing a problem when send email form ojs 3.3

i am check in error log file it will this error

[25-Aug-2021 05:33:03 UTC] Could not instantiate mail function.
[25-Aug-2021 05:42:28 UTC] Could not instantiate mail function.
[25-Aug-2021 06:20:31 UTC] Could not instantiate mail function.
[25-Aug-2021 06:20:55 UTC] Could not instantiate mail function.

can you please assist me if any one know this problem
We have recently migrated our webserver
after that email function is not working

Could you please indicate your specific OJS version (e.g. 3.3.0-7)? This may help in troubleshooting this issue.

Ojs version is OJS 3.3.0.3.
