Email-not-work - installed the 2.4.7.1 version

good Morning,

I installed the 2.4.7.1 version . However, the e- mail system is not working. For example, if a new user is registered , it does not receive information from the application , or if an article is submitted for evaluation the email does not fire anyone (author, managing editor , editor session , evaluator ) . In short, it does not. Can anyone help us?

Did the procedure mentioned in <http://pkp.sfu.ca/wiki/index.php?title=Using_gmail_SMTP > using a gmail account, but it worked . If someone find a solution , please share with me

Can you clarify whether the wiki page about GMail worked, or didn’t work?
