Email not sent to readers on publishing future issue

We are using OJS 3.0.2. In our system, readers are not getting the email when future issues are published. I have googled it and found that the email should have been sent by default. We are unable to figure it out. Please, we need help. Thank you.

There are some troubleshooting suggestions for e-mails not being sent/received here. If you have access to your email sending logs on your server (if not using smtp in config.inc.php) or to the delivery logs on your SMTP server (if you’re using one), you can also check to see if the messages are getting delivered.

All other emails are getting delivered and received by the end users. Only the readers are not getting the emails when future issues are published.

You should check the email sending logs on your server (if not using smtp in config.inc.php) or the delivery logs on your SMTP server (if you’re using one) to see if the emails to readers are getting delivered. They could be being flagged as spam.

Thank you for your suggestions. Turned out it was due to the limitation on no. of emails that can be sent in a day.
