Email not send / correos que no llegan a los revisores 3.2.1.1

In OJS 3.2.1.1

Some editors say that when they send the editoral decition about publishing an article, the author doesn´t receive the email. Not even in the spam.
In other occasion, the revisor only receive the first of 2 revisions.

So, we are having problems with the sending of mails, the authors and revisors are not correctly receiving the notification.

Please, any help or instructions?
