Is there a way to edit OJS help files through the web interface? In particular, I’m asking about the “Ensuring a Blind Peer Review” help file: help/view/editorial/topic/000044

Hmmm… Apparently not – I thought maybe with the Custom Locale or Translator plug-in, but apparently they don’t consider the help files…
