Edit orcid plugin email template globally

Hello
We have a large OJS 3.2 installation with many magazines, and we need to edit the orcid plugin email template globally, so we don’t have to manually edit one by one in each magazine. Is this possible? Thank you

Hi @juanito,

If you do a search for “ORCID” here: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/learning-ojs/3.2/en/settings-workflow#emails - you should find the name of the email template that you’ll have to modify within your OJS instance.

But if i edit one email template, is only for this journal?

Is there a way to do it for all journals?

Hi @juanito,

I don’t think so, unfortunately. I think you’d have to do it for each journal, as the email settings are on a per-journal basis.
