Duplicate Reviewer Interest in Pop-up of User Profile

Background: Upgraded sites from OJS 2.3.3 to 2.4.8. Registering new reviewing interest calls duplicate reviewer interest in pop-up. Any ideas on how to prevent this? Kindly refer to supplied image.6893-ReviewerInterest
