I’m sure this question has been asked before, but couldn’t find any reference to this.
I’m, again, importing a journal from one separate install into our portal.
I’m getting the Duplicate entry ‘’ for key ‘users_email’ error message, but there’s not much to go on to identify which one is dupllicate…
Anyway, most of the users were imported.
I’ll ask the editorial team responsible for the journal to check each user manually and add or remove them. They’ll have access to the other install so they can check everything.

The message seems to indicate that two of your users both have empty email addresses in the export file.
