Due to Plugin Installation Website Lost

Hi! I was facing email sending problem, so I just go in the plugin library to update the plugin, if there is any (I am not programming expert). Nothing was to upgrade, I just tried to install Potrico Plugin, and it stopped in between, then after I have lost the journal website. What I have to do?

What application and version are you using?
What are the versions of plugins you have tried to install (Portico and Crossref Reference Linking plugin)?

PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’ in /var/www/tmgejournal/public_html/plugins/importexport/portico/PorticoExportPlugin.inc.php on line 153

I suspect you are using a version of PHP that’s older than 7.3; I’d recommend upgrading to a more recent PHP. (7.2 and older are past their end-of-life.)

Hi @editor.jnp,

Please be patient – we are a small team and need to balance support among our other priorities.

Is it possible that you deleted the CrossRef import/export plugin? That plugin is required and I would recommend re-adding it from the .tar.gz package for your version of OJS.
