Can you please tell me what could be the reason that the statistics of downloads that are present within metadata of each article are not visible?
I downloaded the articles and the information I get is ‘Download data is not yet available.’
Is the scheduled task that processes your usage stats running? You may need to look in your database or in the scheduledTaskLogs folder inside of the directory specified by your files_dir parameter. If the task is running perhaps there is an error recorded there.
