Download This File tab is missing or showing the article is missing

I cannot see the “Download This File” tab on the web only abstract and references are available to view.

I am using OJS ver 3.1.1

Is it the default setting the “Download Link” to the file is not appear? or is it by default no “Download Link” available?

Hi @ryann2k1,

If you have uploaded a PDF galley file to the article in Production and the link to download the PDF is not showing, it could be because you uploaded the file as a component type that is configured to be “supplementary.” If you go to Workflow Settings > Components, you can check how each file component has been configured and un-check “Mark files of this type as supplementary files (e.g. not primary submission content)” for the component type you used for the file. Or you can upload a new galley with a different component type that has not been marked as supplementary.
