Don't want to make my submissions publicly available

I am using the wonderful OJS system to manage our publishing process. But now that I am at the end of the process - I have scheduled for publication and assigned to an issue but I want to check that this will not make the submissions publicly available.

In the Distribution / Access areas, I have selected OJS will not be used to publish the journal’s contents online. But what I am wondering is after I assign all the submissions to a particular issue - I assume I select Publish Issue (under Issues) in order to archive the submissions in some way. Or will this inadvertently make my content publicly available.

Please help.

Hi @devlinc

With that option set, the reader cannot access the published issues and articles – just the appropriate users when they are logged in.

Best,
