when emails are sent from the OJS/PKP they mostly end up as spam, or not delivered at all. For example, gmail cant verify that the email is coming from the journal domain. Microsoft completely blocks everything and some other email providers don’t get anything and don’t even send failure delivery notification,
My email provider settings are correct in order not to have such spam issues. Configuration settings for emails in OJS/PKP were followed, everything is set according the instructions.
e.g. force_envelope_sender , default_envelope_sender and the two dmarc options are turned on
using the OJS 3.3.0.8 version
