I am testing an issue for one of the hosted journals that we host. The issue I have is when adding the DOI Suffix, the DOI Prefix is prefilled in, to the Submission and Publication Metadata window and I go to save. The window stays open and a spinning circle appears in the right lower end of the window. It keeps spinning with nothing is happening. I do not get any error message in the window. After 5 to 10 minutes I close the window and reopen the same window. Of course the DOI suffix did not save. I am not sure what the issue would be. We are running OJS 3.1.14. Any ideas of what is happening?
