Morning, I have the same problem.
DOI settings in Public Identified Plug-ins - articles are selected as well as use default patterns. DOI still not showing on article page http://sajems.org/index.php/sajems/article/view/1725
Since you have done some work to customize your templates, please confirm that your “article” template (templates/article/article.tpl) has a section like this:
{foreach from=$pubIdPlugins item=pubIdPlugin}
{if $issue->getPublished()}
{assign var=pubId value=$pubIdPlugin->getPubId($pubObject)}
{else}
{assign var=pubId value=$pubIdPlugin->getPubId($pubObject, true)}{* Preview rather than assign a pubId *}
{/if}
{if $pubId}
<br />
<br />
{$pubIdPlugin->getPubIdDisplayType()|escape}: {if $pubIdPlugin->getResolvingURL($currentJournal->getId(), $pubId)|escape}<a id="pub-id::{$pubIdPlugin->getPubIdType()|escape}" href="{$pubIdPlugin->getResolvingURL($currentJournal->getId(), $pubId)|escape}">{$pubIdPlugin->getResolvingURL($currentJournal->getId(), $pubId)|escape}</a>{else}{$pubId|escape}{/if}
{/if}
{/foreach}

Hi, it is there on exactly the same lines as indicated above.
What do you see if you navigate to:
User Home → Editor → (select article) → Summary → Edit Metadata → DOI?

Hi Graham. My IT seemed to have been able to solve it. Thank you.
