Hi @Ahmad_Al_Jayousi,

What version of OJS are you using? Have you recently upgraded it?

I am using the latest version 2.4.6

Hi @Ahmad_Al_Jayousi,

Have you upgraded this from a previous version? If so, what version were you using when you ran the CrossRef deposit?

I upgraded it from 2.4.5

Dear @asmecher,

I compared the code in this link

with my code, they are the same,
so, where the problem is?

Hi @Ahmad_Al_Jayousi,

Yes, but did this deposit happen before you upgraded to OJS 2.4.6? If so, that’s the problem – the wrong URLs were included in the deposit. Now the deposit will be generated correctly, but you’ll need to update the copy that CrossRef has.

Yes, the deposite was before upgrading to the latest version. how to update the copy on crossref

Hi @Ahmad_Al_Jayousi,

I haven’t done this myself, but I suggest starting by looking through the tools on CrossRef’s website to manage past deposits.
