DOI and supplementary files

Hi
I’ve received an error statement after sending three articles with supplementary files to CrossRef. Is it because I haven’t marked the ‘Supplementary Files’ in the DOI Plugin Sttings?

What was the error message from CrossRef?

Alternately, if you upload the CrossRef XML which is exported from those articles, to the Metadata Quality Check tool, what errors are returned there?

This seems to indicate that one of your authors has a missing given name and surname.

Should the name be figuring in the metadata of the supplementary file? When I upload the CrossRef XML file to the Metadata Quality Check tool no errors are mentioned (se attached)
